As part of its Strategy 2027, Swissgrid is aiming to establish itself as one of the best employers in Switzerland in order to ensure that the company has the necessary skills to meet future challenges. This ambition is substantiated by quantitative targets that were updated and approved by the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors in the 2024 financial year.
